Nirmitee Robotics India has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company (Nirmitee Robotics India) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st April, 2026 for the purpose of consideration of Audited financial results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2026 until the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results. The date of Board Meeting for considering the Audited financial results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated separately. A copy of this intimation is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.nirmiteerobotics.com.
