Jonjua Overseas has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today Tuesday, 24th March, 2026, has considered and approved the following: The Board accepted the Resignation of CS Vaishali Rani (ACS: 74379) from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Ofϐicer w.e.f 09-03-2026; The Board approved that CS Riva Maini (ACS: 49612) will be transferred from Jonjua Air Limited to Jonjua Overseas Limited after conclusion of notice period. She will be appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01st June, 2026 meanwhile she will be attending company’s familiarity training program as and when needed. Her profile is attached as Annexure ‘1’; The Board monitored and reviewed the general day-to-day affairs of the company. Board Meeting started at 04:30 PM and concluded at 05:00 PM.
