Avantel informs about receipt of rate contract
In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Avantel has informed that, the Company has received a Rate Contract worth of Rs.459.90 Crores exclusive of taxes, vide Contract Ref No: ZMBL/Avantel/RTIS/01255079A/01, mail dated March 24, 2026, for Supply and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Satellite Communication Equipment’s from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses. In line with the SEBI circular dated September 9, 2015, read with circular dated July 13, 2023, the relevant details pertaining to the said contract are enclosed. The above information is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.avantel.in.
