Kakatiya Textiles has informed that trading window for dealing in Company’s securities, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth quarter and Year ended on 31 March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course of time.
