Algoquant Fintech has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and Company's ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’ of Algoquant Fintech (the Company), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. All the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees/persons, Promoters of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026 will be intimated separately to Stock Exchange in due course.
