Oil India informs about change in directorate
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,20l5, Oil India has informed that in terms of letter no CA-310331212021-PNG (39069) dated March 28, 2025 issued by Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG), the following Independent Directors of the Company: (i) Balram Nandwani, (ii) Shri Raju Revanakar and (iii) Pooja Suri have completed their tenure on March 27, 2026 and accordingly ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company with effect from March 28, 2026.
