Subex informs about closure of trading window
Subex has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026.
