Aqylon Nexus signs MoU with AITMC Ventures
The objective of this MoU is to define roles, responsibilities, and operational framework for a joint AI skilling programme
Aqylon Nexus has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AITMC Ventures (AVPL) to collaborate on training youth in AI skills across India, with a particular focus on non-metropolitan cities, towns, and rural areas. The objective of this MoU is to define roles, responsibilities, and operational framework for a joint AI skilling programme.
Under this collaboration, the parties intend to deploy AI training across AVPL's 70 Training Centres in 16 Indian states; leverage the company's AI Code Platform and trained faculty to deliver practical, income-linked AI education through a structured 3-month course; achieve a minimum of 30,000 trained and certified AI professionals per year, with a total annual capacity of around 33,600 candidates (480 per centre × 70 centres); align the programme with national government initiatives, including the National Entrepreneurship Drive (NED), NSDC programmes, Digital India, and Skill India; enable trained candidates to generate income as AI Web Designers, AI Content Creators, AI Chatbot Builders, Freelance AI Developers, AI Data Operators, and related AI professionals; and build a replicable, scalable, and outcome-oriented training model that can be extended to additional centres and states overtime.
Aqylon Nexus (Formerly known as Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network) builds clean-energy-first infrastructure for the AI era. It integrates nuclear-powered data centers, enterprise AI, space systems, and edge semiconductors into a unified stack for governments and enterprises.
