Virya Resources informs about trading window closure
Virya Resources has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effective from April 1, 2026 to till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the announcement/ declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March, 31st 2026, to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March, 31st 2026, shall be intimated in due course.
