Asahi India Glass has informed that Setsuya Yoshino (DIN: 10504479) Non-Executive - Independent Director of the Company has, vide his letter dated 31st March, 2026, resigned from the Board of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on 31st March, 2026, due to his permanent return to Japan. Further, as per Regulation 30 read with Para A of Patt A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, the Company has received confirmation from Setsuya Yoshino that there is no material reason for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter and he does not hold directorships / memberships of board committees of any other listed entity. Copy of his resignation letter is enclosed. The Board of Directors of the Company place on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Setsuya Yoshino during his tenure with the Company as an Non-Executive - Independent Director. Further, the details as required in terms of the Listing Regulations tread with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated 30' January, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure - A.
