TVS Srichakra informs about scrutinizers report
TVS Srichakra has informed that this is in continuation to letter dated 25th February 2026, wherein the Company has submitted the Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the members of the Company, by way of Special Resolution, for the re-appointment of R Naresh as Managing Director (Designated as Executive Vice-Chairman) for a term of Three (3) years effective from 16th June 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, they announced the results of the Postal Ballot carried out through remote electronic voting facility during the period from 28th February 2026 at 9.00 AM to 29th March 2026 at 5.00 PM. The details of e-voting results are enclosed as Annexure I in the prescribed format. The Scrutinizer’s Report is also attached as Annexure II.
