Sindhu Trade Links has informed that in term's of Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its designated persons and other insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the year ending on 31st March 2026 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
