Almondz Global Securities has informed that Almondz Global Securities has transferred/ sold 32,85,000 share equivalent to 20.63% total share capital of its subsidiary company, Almondz Global InfraConsultant (AGICL) to Almondz Finanz on March 30, 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid transaction, the Company’s shareholding in AGICL stands reduced to 53.08% of the total paid-up share capital and AGICL continues to remain a subsidiary of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Annexure 18, Part A, Clause A(1)(1.4) of the aforesaid SEBI Master Circular are enclosed as Annexure - A.
