Kids Medical Systems has informed that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the designated persons (Including Directors and Auditors) and their immediate relatives is being closed with effect from 01st April, 2026. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of the audited (Standalone) financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the said financial results shall be intimated to you in due course of time.
