Singer India has informed that Anuj Kumar Vasdev, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Designate, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from April 1, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD l /P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure - A.
