NMDC Steel has informed that Anurag Kapil (DIN: 06640383) has been appointed as Director (Finance) on the Board of NMDC Steel with effective from 31.03.2026 (A/N) and he shall be deemed to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Accordingly, K. Raj Shekhar, General Manager (Finance) has ceased to be the CFO of the Company with effective from 31.03.2026 (A/N).
