Zim Laboratories informs about acquisition of equity shares of ZIMTAS
With reference to the above and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), Zim Laboratories has informed that out of the approved investment amount of up to Rs 2.00 crore, the company has invested Rs 89.45 lakh which is 1,35,000 Australian Dollars in the equity shares of ZIMTAS. Post investment, the company holds 99.96% of the total share capital of ZIMTAS.
