Saint-Gobain Sekurit India informs about termination of agreements
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, and with reference to the earlier intimations dated October 28, 2024, May 16, 2025 and August 6, 2025 regarding execution of Power Purchase and Share Subscription Agreements with Radiance MH Sunrise Thirteen, Saint-Gobain Sekurit India has hereby informed that both the parties, have, today, by mutual consent, decided to terminate the aforesaid agreements.
