Chartered Logistics’ arm gets approval to start business as finance company in GIFT City

Chartered Logistics’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Chartered Comcare IFSC has received Certificate of Registration for commencing business as finance company at Gujarat International Finance Tec-city (GIFT), IFSC, Gujarat.
Along with the same, GIFT SEZ has also issued the Letter of Approval-Form G for setting up a unit in GIFT SEZ (SEZ) for the Authorised operation i.e. operating ship leasing entity under framework for ship leasing of the IFSCA Finance Company Regulations 2021.
