Pranav Kumar Ranade was appointed as Chairman and Whole Time Director of the company with effect from 09.11.2023 and played crucial leadership roles through which the company immensely benefitted. Pranav Kumar Ranade sudden and ‘unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family. Further, it has informed that he would be ceased to be the part of promoter / promoter group of the company in accordance with the Regulation 31A (6) (c) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
