Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Indosolar has informed that it enclosed confirmation certificate for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026, issued by Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - MUFG Intime India (formerly known as Link Intime India). This certificate confirms compliance with the requirements prescribed under the aforesaid regulation in relation to the dematerialisation of securities.
