Saboo Sodium Chloro’s arm acquires land in Udaipur
This marks the company’s 4th land acquisition in the past 12 months
Saboo Sodium Chloro’s (SSCL) wholly owned subsidiary--Samskara Resorts has acquired 6,070 square meters of land in Udaipur, adjoining the earlier acquired parcel of 23,300 square meters for Samskara Udaipur. With this acquisition, the aggregate landholding for Samskara Udaipur now stands at approximately 29,370 square meters (about 7.26 acres), creating a large development site for one of the company’s flagship luxury hospitality projects.
This marks the company’s 4th land acquisition in the past 12 months, following earlier acquisitions in Jawai, Udaipur and Tadoba, and further strengthens SSCL’s growing pipeline of fully owned luxury hospitality developments.
Saboo Sodium Chloro is North India’s first and the largest fully integrated Salt Refinery, using the latest technologies available in the world, to refine salt to a very high degree of purity.
