Priya has informed that it enclosed a certificate received from Bigshare Services, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026. The Certificate confirming that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled during aforesaid period as and when required under Regulation 74 (5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
