Quest Capital Markets informs about non-applicability of large corporate criteria
With reference to the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144, dated 26th November, 2018, read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated 19th October, 2023, Quest Capital Markets has confirmed that the Company does not qualify for Large Corporates (LC) as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circulars. Therefore, the filing of the initial disclosure in Annexure A of the Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144, dated 26th November, 2018 for the year ended 31st March 2026 is not required.
