Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NTPC has informed that in terms of Order No. 8/4/2020-Th.l dated 16th April 2025 of Ministry of Power (MoP), Anil Kumar Trigunayat (DIN: 07900294) has ceased to hold the position of Independent Director of the Company upon completion of his tenure of one year on 15th April 2026.
