Coforge informs about allotment of shares under ESOP
Coforge has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 39,681 equity shares on April 15, 2026, under Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company, consequently the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 33,58,50,618 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 67,17,01,236. The company is in process of completing other formalities with respect to issue and listing of the said shares and will file the necessary documents with the exchange shortly for seeking the listing and trading approvals.
