Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers informs about annual secretarial compliance report
Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers has informed that according to Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations’), the requirement to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance report is not applicable to the listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding Rs 10 Crore and Net worth not exceeding Rs 25 Crore as on the last day of the previous financial year. Thus, the Company is not required to file an Annual Secretarial Compliance report in terms of Regulation 24A of Listing Regulations for the year ended March 31, 2026. The Copy of the certificate issued by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company certifying that the paid up equity capital and net worth was below Rs 10 Crore and Rs 25 Crore respectively, as on the last day of previous financial year, as on 31st March 2025, is attached.
