PMC Fincorp has informed that the company does not fall under category of ‘Large Corporate’ as per the applicability criteria mentioned under the SEBI circular SF.BI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPODI/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, as amended with respect to fundraising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates. Further, it enclosed Revised Annexure-A as required under the aforesaid circular.
