Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, they have already informed vide letter No. IIL/SE/2026/2503/01, dated March 25, 2026 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Company's Audited financial results for the quarter and financial Year ended March 31, 2026.
