Amanta Healthcare informs about change in management
Amanta Healthcare has informed that in accordance with regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Vimal Shrimali (AVP- HR & ADMIN), a Senior Management Personnel as per Regulation 16(1) (d) of Listing Regulations of the Company has tendered his resignation. The Company acknowledges the resignation of Vimal Shrimali (AVP - HR & ADMIN), and confirms he will be relieved from his duties with effect from the close of business hours on April 16, 2026. The corresponding details as required under Regulation 30 read with schedule III of SEBI(LODR) Reg. 2015 are enclosed as per Annexure- A. A copy of the said resignation letter is enclosed.
