Vinyoflex has informed that it enclosed the Certificate for the Financial year ended March 31, 2026, certifying that all activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility (De-materialisation & Rematerialisation) are maintained by MCS Share Transfer Agent, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the company. This certificate has been issued in terms of Regulation 7(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
