Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Listing Regulations, Rama Vision has informed that Dilip Kumar Achary, National Sales Manager - Food (Maddox), categorized as Senior Management Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company in order to pursue a new career opportunity. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on April 20, 2026. It is further informed that Dilip Kumar Achary had served the Company for a very brief period, and there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned above. Further, the disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed.
