Insolation Energy informs about e-voting result and scrutinizer report
Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Insolation Energy has informed that results on the business transacted through Postal Ballot Notice dated 12th February, 2026, in the prescribed format is enclosed at Annexure-1. Scrutinizer Report on remote e-voting is also enclosed at Annexure-2. Resolutions set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 12th February, 2026 have been approved by the shareholders with the requisite majority. The resolution is deemed to have been passed on 17th April, 2026 i.e. the last date of remote e-voting.
