Purple Finance informs about credit rating
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 51 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, read with SEBI circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, Purple Finance has informed that Credit Rating Agency - India Ratings and Research (IND-RA) has affirmed the ratings to the Company vide its letter dated April 17, 2026 to the instrument of the Company, which are enclosed. The details of the Credit Rating accorded and communicated to the Company by IND-RA is also enclosed as Annexure A. This intimation will also be available on the website of the Company at www.purplefinance.in.
