Orient Green Power Company informs about updates
Orient Green Power Company has informed that the Investment/Borrowing/Banking Committee of Board of Directors of Clarion Wind Farm (Clarion), Material Stepdown Subsidiary of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2026 has approved entering into a Contract for supply of 2 Nos of P57-750 KW Wind Turbine Generators aggregating to 1.5 MW with Pioneer Wincon Energy Systems (Pioneer) for re-powering existing wind farm at Devarkulam site, Tamil Nadu. Accordingly, Clarion has signed and executed the aforesaid Contract on April 17, 2026 with Pioneer. The details/disclosures in respect of such contract, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI /HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are provided in the enclosed Annexure-I.
