Shakti Pumps (India) informs about acquisition
Shakti Pumps (India) has informed that the company has invested Rs. 17,00,00,000/- in its wholly owned subsidiary - Shakti Energy Solutions on April 17, 2026. In Shakti Energy Solutions, the company is establishing a greenfield high efficiency Solar DCR cell and Solar PV modules manufacturing plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, with a production capacity of 2.20 GW. For the same, disclosure under Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III Part A Para A(1) of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is attached as ANNEXURE- I to this letter.
