InfoBeans Technologies informs about postal ballot notice
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, InfoBeans Technologies has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice along with the explanatory statement (‘Postal Ballot Notice’), being sent today for seeking approval of the members of the Company by electronic means. In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only in electronic form to all those members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as received from National Securities Depository and Central Depository Services (India), as on Friday, April 10, 2026 (‘Cut‐off Date’).
