Adani Power’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Adani Atomic Energy (AAEL) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, Rawatbhata-Raj Atomic Energy (RRAEL) on April 20, 2026. The objective of incorporation is to generate, transmit, and distribute power derived from nuclear and/or atomic energy.
Adani Power is engaged in the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of power and to generally deal in electricity and to explore, develop, generate, accumulate, supply and distribute or to deal in other forms of energy from any source whatsoever.
