Saatvik Green Energy rises as its arm bags order worth Rs 71.25 crore

The order is for the supply of solar PV modules

Saatvik Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 466.85, up by 2.55 points or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 464.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 474.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 476.00 and Rs. 462.00 respectively. So far 11158 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 580.00 on 15-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 329.70 on 09-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 485.70 and Rs. 461.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5939.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.55% and 13.45% respectively.

Saatvik Green Energy’s material subsidiary -- Saatvik Solar Industries has received and accepted an order aggregating to Rs 71.25 crore from one renowned Independent Power producer/EPC Player for the supply of solar PV modules. The order will be executed by May 2026.

Earlier, Saatvik Solar Industries had bagged order aggregating to Rs 108.75 crore from one renowned Independent Power producers/EPC Players for the supply of Solar PV Modules. 

Saatvik Green Energy and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the manufacturing of Solar Photovoltaic Modules and also provide Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services in this regard.
