HDB Financial Services raises Rs 300 crore through NCDs

The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company, at its meeting held on April 22,2026, has allotted the same

HDB Financial Services has raised Rs 300 crore through the allotment of 30,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. The NCDs have a tenure of 1108 days and carry coupon rate of 7.75% per annum. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company, at its meeting held on April 22, 2026, has allotted the same.
