Juniper Hotels informs about disclosure
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Sub-para (20) of Para (A) of Part (A) of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, as amended, Juniper Hotels has informed that the Company has received Demand Notice under Section 156 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, on April 21, 2026, from Income Tax Department for Assessment Year 2023-24. The Company is currently accessing the demand notice received. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14/(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure A. This intimation is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.juniperhotels.com.
