SER Industries informs about change in name of company
In continuation to earlier intimations dated February 21, 2026 and March 19, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations), SER Industries has informed that the Stock Exchange has acknowledged and approved the change of name of the Company from ‘SER Industries Limited’ to ‘Desi Farms India Limited’. Accordingly, the Company's Equity Shares will be traded under SCRIP ID - ‘DESIFARMS’ with effective from April 27, 2026.
