With reference to the above SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities (LC) and disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporates (LC), Mudunuru has informed that the company is not coming under the Large Corporate (LC) category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
