Rachit Prints has informed that Tarun Sharma (DIN:10838034) vide his resignation letter 22nd day of April 2026 and sent that copy of resign through E-mail to the company on dated 23.04.2026, has submitted his resignation as an independent director of the company due to his engagement in other assignments. Further, the details as required in terms of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure I and copy of the letter of resignation received from Tarun Sharma in Annexure.
