Accel informs about board meeting
Accel has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th April, 2026, to consider and approve the allotment of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company ('Transferee Company') to the eligible shareholders of Accel Media Ventures ('Transferor Company') (other than the Transferee Company), as per the share exchange ratio set out in the Scheme of Amalgamation, as sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal.
