Oracle Financial Services Software informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOP
Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that, the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, on April 29, 2026, has approved the allotment of 12,381 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014. These shares shall rank with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. In this allotment, the Company did not allot any shares to Directors of the Company. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 435,312,250/- divided into 87,062,450 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each. This intimation will also be published on Company’s website.
