In reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 with regards to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, Arfin India has confirmed that the Company is not identified as a Large Corporate as on March 31, 2026 as per the applicability criteria given in the aforesaid SEBI circular.
