Alka India has informed that the thirty-Second Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, are being sent through electronic mode to all the members and debenture holders whose e-mail address is registered with the Company / Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants / Depositories. Annual Report is attached and the same are also available on the Company’s website at: https://www.alkaindia.in/annual-reports/. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a letter providing the web-link of the Annual Report, has been sent to those members who have not registered their e-mail address.
