Shreeji Shipping Global has informed that the Company has, on April 28, 2026, executed Vessel Purchase Agreements for the strategic Acquisition of two Mini Bulk Carriers vessels, namely M.V. Gautam BSTAR II and M.V. Sanghi Sudarshan, from Gautam Freight Private Limited for aggregate consideration of Rs 55,66,05,000 inclusive of GST.
