Premier Energies has informed that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and all other connected persons covered in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time with effect from July 1, 2025 till 48 hours from the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025, will be informed in due course.
